Shipping policy

Online Orders

Many retail stores throughout Central Ontario carry our map products. If you are unable to visit them or the map you are interested is not carried by a nearby store, you can securely order maps through our website using your credit card.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped using Canada Post. Shipping timeframes depend on the type of shipping service you select at checkout and the final destination of delivery. Note: If the shipping destination is located outside of Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote.

 

Packaging

All laminated or paper maps are rolled and packaged in a plastic sleeve. They are then shipped in a cardboard tube.

All plak-mounted maps are packaged with Styrofoam on the corners and shrink wrapped in plastic. They are then shipped in a cardboard box.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Aquaterra product/s, if you are not satisfied for whatever reason, please contact us with your concerns at trisha@aquaterramaps.com. To start a return, you can contact us at trisha@aquaterramaps.com and we will give you instructions on how and where to send your return.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund is approved. Once inspected you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
